Youtube Downloader, does Playstore allow this app?

I just found a way to download YouTube videos with Kodular, and convert them to mp3.
Does Playstore allow this app?

YouTube is nowhere mentioned there and app clearly says that it only supports downloading from Facebook and Instagram.

Do not try to cheat google
