Activity Starter is not working after one launch

I am using activity starter to open phone to call and it works only first time when i try second time it didn’t work, to work i should close and open app again, can anyone help me how can i make it work frequently

Are you using your activity for multiple stuff or only that is in the image..

I am using for only this purpose, i even tried clearing after launch but it works only one time

I haven’t experienced any oddities with Activity Starter..

Thanks so much ​after many exhausting trial it’s solved, the problem was with cryptography data error
