Admob Ads Approved Error

I have updated my app but getting this Error:
I used google Admob for monetizing my App:

The error tells you that your app is not approved.
And if you want to publish your app on Google Play store then publish it and then download it from there.
And if you want to use as apk then you have to take approval.

my App is already on google play store

but this error comes in new apk which i generated for testing before uploading on playstore
