Currently I have just came up with a idea of creating an app and I have built the first version of it but not worked on the UI of it… Currently it focuses on operating the automatic Hand wash machine and here I require some suggestions of what can i add in the app so with working on the UI, I can implement that too…

As far as i can understand, you made a monitoring app.
You can use Push Notification at frequent time intervals reminding your user to wash/sanitize their hands.
