Thanks for your suggestions! I will take it in account for the next release.
I think it would be best to make it as a part library merging ( used by passing the --merge flag in the CLI, or enable Merge Libraries setting from Home → Options in the CLI ).
The current behaviour would use the first proguard file, it should be better to merge all proguard files into one.

Click the Choose File… button. And select the folder you want the dependencies to be saved to. Then, click the ‘Resolve’ button.

How to download dependencies?
