Can i add a button for scroll text automatically? #Help_me

I want to build an educational book app. I want to add an option for my app user which is “Automatic Scrolling”. I want to add 2 button. Scroll On and Scroll off. If user click on “Scroll on” button then this page will be scrolling. And if user click on “Scroll off” button then scroll will be stoped. How i add this feature on my app? please help me**

Have you checked that the Component you are using has the scroll property?

Scroll property mean? can you please explain that?? Or have any extension for that? If yes, then please give this link? plz

I don’t know what you really want.
But , maybe it’s the Colin tree list view extension.
