Changing the color of Notifier Alert background when No Connection

Hi All,

It would be better if I get to know how can I change Background Color of my Notifier Alert Error Message when there is No Connection or turned off.
I usually get a Response (Drive Link: NoConnection Image) with Grey Color Background. Is it System generated or could be changed in some event.
I have tried this AIA file.NoConnection.aia (1.8 KB)
