Google Chrome blocks downloads
Chrome automatically blocks harmful downloads that try to cause problems on your computer, like:
Giving you viruses
Leaking your private data
Changing your browser and computer settings
Adding unwanted extensions or toolbars to your browser
Why the download was blocked
Your file download may have been blocked for one of two reasons:
We think it might be a malicious, unwanted, or uncommon file.
Malicious: You tried downloading malware.
Unwanted: You tried downloading a deceptive piece of software. This program, disguised as a helpful download, may actually make unexpected changes to your computer.
Uncommon: You tried downloading an unfamiliar and potentially dangerous piece of software.
We’ve found that the website you tried to download the file from has been known to distribute malware.
Chrome consider apk files harmful because the app is not getting installed from a trusted source like Google play or other app store its just a direct apk file which may if you download from any of the website can contain viruses but makeroid id a app inventor it does not contain any virus.
so you can ignore that warning as its a apk so its filterd as harmful .
if this help you please like and mark it as solution !
However, if it were that… They would block most sites that allow you to install other APKs other then from the Play Store, seems to me the #NetNeutrality tag should come back At times when I try to scan a QR Code from Makeroid in the companion when I compile an app, I get a Security Error Blocked error at certain times. Seems there is no way to fix this issue until someone does something with Google, and at this point I’m tired of them trying to block our creativity!
