Connected to Wifi but no internet

Is there a feature in KODULAR, for example the person is connected to the network, but the network is not ready to get data yet, that is, there is no internet. Is there such a block to do this?

Why do I need this? I have a web component in the application, so if the application finds that I am connected to the Internet, it will automatically get data, so it may display an error and the data link will appear to users in this error because there is no stable connection
