Create a browser that allows sites to send push notifications

I have previously created this topic but didnt get any solution…Like that of chrome, firefox and opera i want to create a browser app that can recieve push notifications on its own…Customwebview of @vknow360 did not solve my problem and it didnt work

so if i want to make it more clear…see the below image that what my flarum site shows:

Yes, custom webview does not support push notifications.

so any solution to this…is it impossible to have functionality of push like that of chrome in kodular
