Push notifications in web view

Hey i want my web view eligible to ask and send push notiifications actually,
I have a website(by flarum) and i want to embed it in a web viewer…but the problem is that my website send push notifications via a browser…when i embedded it in webviewer my site showed that this browser don’t support push notif.
