Dollar Amount Commas

I am making a remake of one of my old tycoon games and am trying to make it look (a lot) nicer than it did the first time. I small thing I’m unsure how to go about is putting commas every three numbers EX: $1000000 = $1,000,000. What’s the easiest way to do this?
