Download to "ApplicationSpecificDirectory"

Hi,
maybe i haven’t searched enough but, is there a way to do a “one-shot” download from a url directly into ApplicationSpecificDirectory?
I read this: [Download an APK to App-Specific Directory (ASD) and install it without permissions] but i need to copy only some .csv files

Here is an extension to download any file (jpg, png, txt, apk, zip, mp3, …) to the ASD (app-specific directory) without WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.
