Erro 701: unable to load /storage/emulated/0/android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp/Media/.Status/fvx.mp4

My older version working, but android 11 not working. but I give all file access permission.

Yes, There’s some problems related with Android11.

You don’t have permission to read other app data in Android 11. You must need MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to read other app data in Android 11. But
