Erro on text field types

While coding I noticed that one text filed have the font of hint text strange, see the images.

Expected Behaviour

I don’t expeted that the font from hint change from roboto to monospace when the field type is changed to password

PS: i am brazilian, so the hint text are in portuguese, and my english is bad
