So instead of appealing for monetization, I just publish my apps to Google Play. 
Wait until your app is reviewed.

A few weeks ago I was facing this issue. One of my app stuck to review for 3 months. I contact with kodular staff They solved my problem
Do you know the App ID of the project you deleted?
No, when you open a project in the Kodular Creator, you’ll see a # in the URL followed by some numbers, that’s the App ID.
It’s going to be difficult to know what it was if you’ve deleted the app but you could try searching your browser history.

I just erased an application that had been awaiting review for a long time and I did not get approval and I do not know the reason, I erased that application and I was intending to apply to review another application. But I could not for that reason
