This problem only calls me when I use get value
The error is regarding the and block (Logic section). Check it. Also you can you show your blocks, if you want.
Maybe you should read what the error message tells you…

You dont need the second true Check for is empty .
Is empty returns true or false
Why do you show us your database?
You should refactor your logic in the blocks
so this is the problem?
