Google ad manager registration help

Hello,
I am working on an app in Kodular, and I would like to integrate Google Ad Manager ads. However, I haven’t registered with Ad Manager yet. Additionally, I accidentally declined the email invitation to make Kodular my admin. What should I do? Could you please help me?

If you declined invitation in payment section of kodular account the button will reappear at the same time the request was rejected and you can simply reapply :innocent:

The problem is; The button does not appear again. When I click on the sign up option, I get an error.

When I click on the sign up button, I receive the warning in the 2nd image.

Try clicking again on decline link received vai email and then try again
People have faced site reload issue but not this till now
