Grey Comment Box In My Workspace

There is this weird grey colored comment box in my workspace.
Yesterday it was on some other screen, so I just copied that screen, and deleted the the one with that grey box.

Now today again I am facing the same issue on some other screen.
Is there any way to solve it?

I don’t see a grey block. Could you clear your cache of the browser you use and see if it disappears?
