You did not share your AIA, so I can only guess. Some possible reasons:

Your AIA is larger than 32 MB when exported. Download the AIA and check its file size.(see Exporting stuck at 100% Waiting for download link - #9 by Still-learning, Kodular doesn't build the apk - #3 by Boban and Help please I can't build .apk - #4 by Still-learning)

Some image assets might cause some issues. Duplicate your project, open the duplicate, delete an image, and compile. If it does not work, repeat the process in the duplicate. (see Stuck generating APK file at 100% - #4 by dora_paz)
