Help me to find out the video path/folder

I want to make a video player but I can't find out the way to get user video folder where user device video file located.

1. How to get only video folder like below the image

2. If user click any folder then I want to get all video from the folder clicked. Like this one:

3. After video end the function get played video position and play the next one i.e get played video position before/after/current played with video path.

My app idea is similar to MX Player but something is different
