How can I disable scrolling in listeview?

I have three listview’s side by side in a horizontal arrangement, each individual list view enclosed in a vertical arrangement.

When I scroll the screen, only the listeview my finger is touching down scrolls. I want all of them to scroll in a synchronised manner.
