How do I call the initialize method when I click a button?

I need to reload the screen when I click on a button (DO NOT RESTORE VARIABLES TO THEIR INITIAL VALUES).

So far the solution I have is:

I have screen1, screen_href.
1- Clicking on the button on screen1 opens Screen_href
2 - In the initialize method of Screen_href I open the screen1

So I get the effect of reloading the screen again, is there any other way to reload the screen on the same screen?
