Yes, you do, but only if the application has been approved.
We review application using a custom priority system, meaning we never reject applications, we just let them live in queue.
As soon as your application meets our criteria, you will receive a private message like this:
This means that your application has been successful, and your account has been approved to request a Google Ad Manager child account.
