How to add arrangements inside a dynamic cardview

I want to design like this using dynamic components.

But in dynamics components i can add for example dynamic label inside a cardview by using get cardviewbyid block but i am not sure how to add a multiple arrangments inside that as i mentioned above

The components that are used are as shown in the image 2

So i want to add all those arrangements inside a dynamic cardview
