How to add multiple values in airtable

I have an app where i have to share the numbers every day of the particular user so for that I had to add in the app and it will be updated in airtable but the problem is I will update it every day but it will show the last updated details I want every day update details like this

so how it is possible to do this

when i will update the details previous details , updated details should come

While updating time, get previous details and usr join block(use comma) then save (old details, new details)
