Have you tried turning on the HTML format on label properties and use <sup > without space </sup > code?

How to write Subscript and Superscript text in airtable

First you save the data in airtable like this: 1000m³ [Captura de pantalla 2020-10-14 124508] Then you have to activate the html in the label: [imagen] And then you get the airtable data with the previously saved html tag.
