How to centre the circular progress in centre of webview

i have use circular progress in webview. but it is displaying in top left corner of webview. How to centre it in screen.

*Align Horizontal to Centre in designer.

Also set web_viewer visible to false and when web_viewer.page loaded set circular progress visible to false and web_viewer visible to true
