How to check, if 2 textboxes are empty?

I want a notification when textbox 1 or text box 2 will be empty a warning will appear but I did 3 or 4 ways but the [Capture]warning doesn’t appear please tell me what I did wrong with blocks??

Check if the textbox text is empty separately like this

if is empty TextBox1.Text or is empty TextBox2.Text
