How to check if the value exist in LIST that has been save in TinyDB

I created a list now I want to check if the outlet_code does exist in TinyDB. Once the user entered an existing outlet_code from TinyDB it won’t do anything then if the code doesn’t exist in it will raise an message dialog. Unfortunately it always raises an message even I entered existing outlet_code. Here’s my block, anyone can help me thanks!

sorry for late reply, thank you for this, it works I just added few blocks to achieve what I wanted.
