How to create standard notifier?

I’m building a game and needed this type of notifier.

I tried setting images on vertical arrangement and displaying arrangement as notifier. But it didn’t worked in all android version. I also have problem with edges. In android 4.4 border line is shown while displaying notifier.
Are there any expert who can do this? If you can please help me. Thanks in advance.
