Can any help to achieve this type of scrolling effect as show in this video click here
I don’t have any idea how to achieve this type of scrolling therefore i have not tried any blocks so, therefore i am not showing any blocks here.
Is there is any extension or trick to achieve this then please help me.

I known by scroll horizontal arrangement things can become scrollable but component in it scroll in a very in-line scrolling manner but i want scrolling in such a way that each component come in center just like the video.
Can i known why if you want.
because every user have to download that and then play and watch, upload on youtube and paste link or use gif image to show what you wanted to show users,
