Can anyone tell me how can I make card view designs like the one in the above-mentioned topic. I had messaged @Amit_Narwal but he is not free so I thought instead of disturbing him I can ask on community.

Asking for a direct solution will not work everytime. Just try something. You already got an hint 
Just work on this, search community for this. Apply the method of trial and error.
