How to make the app look same in all types of phones?

When I install the app I made on my mobile it looks like this in my phone:

But when my friend install the app on my friends mobilie who has a smaller mobile screen the app looks like this:

Someone please help me!! Is there a way to make the size of these components for any screen size?
