How to open with a click m3u on Vlc or MX player?

How to open with a click m3u file or an online video of Google drive directly in vlc or MX player or open file using as in the image. The m3u file could be inside the apk.

I would be very happy if anyone taught me.

Tutorial
This video shows how to open in mx player free … I will test later and see if I can test. Does it work with m3u inside the apk or Dropbox? Thank you.
