Huawei does have a problem incorrectly declaring that some apps have viruses (and they do not). See the Topic on Huawei App Galary

Developers who got their apps whitelisted contacted Huawei (see the discussions) for resolution. Did you try that?

There is nothing to remove. It is a fault on their side. A so called false positive.
