How to remove A.gray.inventor.a?

Hello community!

I have created an App called colormind, which is a simple color sorting game. I wanted to upload this App to Huawei App Gallery, but they have rejected it more than 5 times. I sent them an email and they replied that my App has a Trojan called “A.gray.inventor.a”. I uploaded my App to https://www.virustotal.com and effectively my App has this trojan, but I do not really understand why, I do not use elements that can cause damage.
