How to use activity starter with IMAGE_CAPTURE

I try to capture image from Activity Starter, i can start the activity take photo but do not receive nothing (no image, empty result).

Action: android.media.action.IMAGE_CAPTURE

I read this but i’m looking for Activity starter.
Should i put somthing on Data Uri?

Perhaps it is easier to use the Camera Component:

For sure it’s easier to use Camera Component, but not what i’m looking for.
Let say I’m leaning how to use Activity Starter with IMAGE_CAPTURE because i have exam on it , but thanks.
