How to use "Forgot Password" by entering phone number?

Hello all.
I created my Login System and everything is working fine.
I am only using user’s phone number and password to login to my app after signing up.

But what if the user forgets his password, how can I add an element to use the “Forget Password” option through user’s mobile number?

Kindly help.
