How to set blocks structure load image to 1 screen?without lag, without load issues, without scroll issues, smooth scrolling

I am going to create a wallpaper app. On the home screen, I want to load 200 images first. There is no problem in loading 200 images, but how should I set the blocks for this? And is there any other better idea for handling it?

If I am not wrong, you want to see scrolling animation on Home Screen with Android (interactive) Live Wallpaper feature.

You should use RecyclerList + ImageLoader,
