This is not recommended solution.
Because:

• Only text area is clickable. So it is very small.
• Adding new item is hard.
• You need to use multiple events for getting result.
• You can’t add new items from blocks. I mean, it is not dynamic.

So you should use Notifier’s List dialog block.
