Hey there, how does this work?
I don’t have to put any App ID, how would it work?
Does it detect the App ID from the play store download or something?
And do I need monetization approval for this?

Read how to use IAB and use Kodular’s blocks or it may be better to buy Taifun’s extension because I think I read a topic about Kodular’s IAB not working properly. That’s why I stopped further work on my games.

You don’t need monetisation approval, that’s only for ads.
