Start by creating project, app name and logo. Then find how many options you need and then try to do every option by your self if you find any issue then post in community.

You need to know your problem. You need to know which routines will need to be created within the app. You need to know what information will be saved in the database. You need to design your database. Decide whether to be a relational or non-relational bank. If it is relational, you have to define your primary and foreign keys in addition to the Trigger and Store Procedure (if necessary).
