I have a problem, when I place a component or layout organizer on the screen and uncheck the visible option, the component is not invisible on the creation screen, how can I solve it?

the vertical arrangement circled in red should be invisible in the creation area, but it is still visible in the creation area, would anyone know how to solve this problem?
