Try to publish it on original version of play store

In Android P, restrictions have been added to private APIs (that is, APIs that are not part of the public SDK and are accessed via reflection). There’s nothing you can do about this warning. Just ignore it.

For Security and trust warning, you may have urls with http. Try adding urls with https://.

You can upload it using laptop or computer

Use this trick by your google play console account and then please report
