I requested monetization in Kodular and received the following email from Google Ad Manager:
“Hello,
Kodular has requested that you use the Multiple Customer Management feature to help them manage your inventory via Google Ad Manager.
Although you will work directly with Kodular, you need to have an Ad Manager account in order to identify your inventory. Kodular will have access to the ad requests you delegate to them, but they will not have direct access to your account.
Through your account, you can manage your relationship with Kodular and control which inventory Kodular can access.View Request
If you don’t know Kodular or believe this email was sent in error, please decline the request.
To display ads, your site or app must be live, contain sufficient content, and meet contractual requirements including the Google Ad Manager Partner Guidelines and Ad Manager policies.Need help?

The issue is that the email account to which the invitation was sent is not registered in Ad Manager, so I cannot accept it or complete the “child account” setup.
Steps I’ve Taken
- In My Kodular > Payments, I confirmed my account was eligible and clicked “Request Invite.”
- I received the email from Google Ad Manager.
- When I click “View Request,” I can’t accept because that email has no associated Ad Manager account.
Questions and Requests
- How can I change or update the email to which Kodular sends the invitation so that it reaches my correct Ad Manager account?
- Is it possible to withdraw the invitation from the Kodular panel and request it again with a different email?
- If anyone else has encountered this issue, how did you resolve it?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
