if u lost your keystore then play console team will help u go to console account select your application then go to release management then app signing then there is option if you lose your key then contact developer support then fill form thats it then just follow the step u will receive on your email
Not a big deal, I have had a same problem once. Go to console click on lost keystore. A google form will open just fill it. They will contact you within 1 day and just provide them with a new keystore. Pem and that’s all.
Just build your app and a new keystore will be created for you however, if you have issues on google then follow the tips above
