Hey, The companion is not starting up. It’s showing splash screen and then crashes. Sometimes after 7-10 tries it starts and it works fine. I have tried different networks and I even tried to open it in bluestacks & same thing happened there as well. Please help me or at least let me know if I’m not the only one.
I am facing the same issue. The application starts but it shows white blank screen and after 4-5 minutes, it crashes. Sadly, no moderator will reply and help solve our problem

Try deleting and then reinstalling the companion, or clear data for companion and use again.
It worked for me and crashing issue solved although the companion opens after 14 - 15 seconds

It is working fine on my side now. I use to quickly turn of my data and back on after opening the companion. It seems that it has troubles getting the icon?

It’s working now. Maybe it was a server issue during those days.
