That’s Discord.

Well, current playing game text can be modified from settings to a custom one. So it can be fake.

However, we can see it has Discord’s Rich Presence feature by looking at the icon.

So it is connected to an app that created from Discord Developer Dashboard.

But Rich Presence doesn’t display while browsing websites (without 3rd party tools).

Because it is an SDK which included in desktop apps.

Soo…

I think I will listen to the song instead.
