this mean your app doesnt comply with kodular’s ads norms, if you want to show ads then upload your app to play store or, make changes to your app and again request for approval
One more thing! You should honestly write the description why your app needs to serve ads in order approve your app also.
it is not guarantee that your app will be accepted upon your request. Try to make changes in app and then request approval

Approval takes time because staff has to check your app and description carefully so it is not against Google Terms and Conditions.
So be patient and does not open new topic.Try to contact staff if you are in so hurry.
